KTP is an independent restaurant design studio located in Santa Barbara, CA. Its principals, Terry Davenport and Mike Pennette, have been working in close collaboration with cb5 Hospitality Consulting almost exclusively for over 20 years. We are especially proud that a number of venues we've created together with cb5 are still in operation today with the same original concept and design format - all created using materials that are classic, natural and sustainable whenever possible instead of flashy and exotic - proving that good concepts paired with boldly executed designs will always outlast passing trends.
